The pistachio plant, typical of the flora of the Etna Park, grows spontaneously and luxuriantly on the slopes of the volcano. The reddish fruits contain soft, green seeds with a sweet and delicate flavour. This rosolio is obtained with an exquisitely artisanal process, using the green "heart" of the pistachio, according to the indications of an ancient recipe. Rosolio should be served fresh as a dessert and is delicious on desserts and pistachio ice cream. Alcohol content: 28° Capacity: 100 ml – 500 ml
